The path that became the work.
I didn’t arrive at this work through training alone. I arrived through living it.
Thirty years ago I stepped onto the yoga mat and felt something shift that I couldn’t explain with the words I had then. That was the start of a journey through yoga, tantra, the Akashic Records, the sacred feminine lineage and applied quantum physics. In the end it led me to develop healing systems I couldn’t find anywhere else, because they needed to come through me first.
I built a yoga studio in Sweden. Year after year I was a guest teacher at Northern Europe’s largest yoga and tantra festivals. I developed my Original Hormone Yoga System, which isn’t adapted from existing methods. It was channeled through decades of practice and inner listening. I became an author, a summit host and a speaker.
And then everything stopped.
The seven years:
For seven years I was in what I can only describe as a complete inner transformation. I had no income and went through a deep dissolution, the kind of stripping away that can’t be rushed, explained away or spiritually bypassed. It was the hardest and most important time of my life.
Before that silence I had done more than a thousand individual clearings, on myself and on others. I developed my Karma Clearing method through direct access to the Akashic Records. I discovered that the patterns that keep people stuck are karmic rather than psychological. When the karmic root is cleared, the pattern doesn’t slowly improve. It dissolves.
Everything I offer today was formed during that time.
Who I am now:
I am Ulrika Karlsson, Karma Clearing Specialist, Soul Guide, Embodiment Coach and creator of the Original Hormone Yoga System.
I work with conscious people all over the world who have done a lot of inner work and still sense that something essential hasn’t shifted. My work starts at the soul level, where I clear the karmic root, and continues into the body. That is where the new reality needs to be anchored to become real: in the nervous system, in the cells and in your daily choices.
I live in Sweden and work internationally as a healer, author, speaker and summit host.
The name Ulrika means magnificent. For many years I went by Ullis, a nickname and a softer version of me. Today I work under my full name, and that is a conscious choice.
I am here, present and personal, for the people who are ready.
