Terms of Service

My work, including Karma Clearing, Akashic Records readings, healing sessions, Soul Talks, yoga and coaching, is spiritual and holistic personal development. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor, psychologist or other licensed healthcare professional.

Never stop or change prescribed treatment or medication because of a session. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please talk to your healthcare provider. You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and the choices you make during and after our work together.

Every person is different, and I cannot guarantee a specific result.

• Calls, sessions and programmes are booked through Calendly or directly with me. Current prices are shown on the Services page. All prices include VAT (moms). Sessions and programmes are priced in euro (€) and books in US dollars ($).
• The Discovery Call and the free monthly Mini Healing Session are free of charge.
• Payment is made by invoice or by card via Stripe, normally in advance, as agreed when you book.

• You can reschedule or cancel a booked session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, via the link in your booking confirmation or by emailing me.
• If you cancel later than 24 hours before, or cannot attend, there is no fee. You are simply offered a new time.
• If I must cancel, you are offered a new time or a full refund for that session.

If you are a consumer and buy a service or book at a distance (online, by email or phone), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).

For services: if you ask for a session or programme to start within the 14 days, you pay for the part already delivered. The right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully delivered with your consent.

For books: the 14 days start when you receive the book. Notify me by email and return the book in good condition; I refund the price of the book within 14 days of receiving it back. You pay the cost of returning it.

• Book orders placed through the order form on this site are requests. Ulrika confirms each order personally and emails you a payment link with the total price. The books are shipped to the address you gave as soon as the payment is received. The order is binding when you have paid.
• Prices and shipping costs are shown in the order form. Books can be picked up or sent within Sweden or to other countries.
• If a book arrives damaged or the wrong book arrives, contact me within a reasonable time and I will replace it or refund you.

What you share in sessions is treated as confidential and is not passed on to anyone, unless the law requires it or there is a serious risk to someone’s life or health.

Online sessions take place via Zoom or similar tools. You are responsible for a working internet connection and a quiet, private space. Sessions are not recorded unless we agree otherwise. The free Mini Healing Sessions are live and not recorded.

Texts, methods (including the Original Hormone Yoga System and the Karma Clearing Embodiment Method), images, videos and materials on this site and in my programmes belong to Ulrika Karlsson. You may use material you receive for your own personal use, but not copy, share or sell it without my written permission.

I deliver my services with care and to the best of my ability. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on a session. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory Swedish law.

How I handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Swedish law applies. If we disagree, let’s first try to find a solution together. As a consumer you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se, or the EU online dispute resolution platform. Otherwise disputes are settled by a Swedish general court.
